About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you will be the backbone of our Operations and Sales teams, providing critical support with order processing, customer-facing tasks, and more. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote work and in-person collaboration at our Seattle, WA office, allowing you to thrive in a flexible and autonomous environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders for key accounts and independent retailers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Manage wholesale portal order approvals, maintaining strong relationships with our B2B partners
  • Provide exceptional B2B and B2C customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and poise
  • Collaborate with our Operations and Sales teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, brands, and mission, serving as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for blithequark

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision. Experience in small team or startup environments is a plus, as is a familiarity with the consumer products industry. You should be proficient in Excel, with skills in vlookup and pivot tables, and possess excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
