Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and our clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to make informed decisions
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing a clear and concise overview of each conversation
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
- Gaming experience is helpful, but not required
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EDT
- Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
