Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our remote data entry jobs program. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components
  • Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
  • Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
  • Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
  • Helping to develop and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
  • Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group
  • Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
  • Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader

Requirements

To be successful as a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or computer science
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with precision and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase a plus
  • The ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, help/group-oriented environment
  • The ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual
  • Past internship, capstone project, or research experience a plus
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential data appropriately
  • The ability to plan and support large business initiatives
