Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with members via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be the go-to expert for all things related to pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, patience, and empathy will help you build trust with our members, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide accurate and informed support to members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
