Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while upholding our high standards of customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, share knowledge, and collaborate on solutions

Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
