Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and correcting discrepancies in data to maintain the highest level of accuracy and quality.
  • Performing online research to gather relevant information for data entry, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and following data security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient data entry processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer, with the ability to work in a home-based environment.
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
