Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes and modifications in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 10 or above
