Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services when necessary
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
