About the Role

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing client support via phone, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to respond to client requests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with courtesy, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and making recommendations for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high levels of productivity
  • Maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development
  • Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC)
  • Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, and maintain punctuality and reliability
  • Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
  • Comparable experience in an office environment, with a focus on customer service, retail sales, or call center operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations, with a solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • A positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for working with people and building strong relationships
  • Conscientious team player with a history of good attendance and punctuality, and a willingness to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to have access to a Windows-based computer that meets the following minimum requirements:

  • CPU Speed: Dual Core 1.2 GHz or better, Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 or better
  • Hard Drive: 40 GB or more of available space, 100 GB or more of total space
  • Memory: 8 GB of RAM or better
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Professional
  • Minimum Monitor and Accessory Requirements: Dual Monitors, 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution, 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
  • Minimum Internet Connectivity Requirements: Hard-wired connection, minimum 45 Mbps download speed, minimum 10 Mbps upload speed, internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location
