The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing expert advice on gardening products and techniques
  • Processing orders and handling customer transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our internal systems
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

A Day in the Life

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a private and quiet space to take calls and focus on your work. You will be equipped with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset, as well as high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication with our team and customers. A typical day will involve:

  • Answering customer calls and emails, providing expert advice and resolving issues
  • Processing orders and handling customer transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our internal systems
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, which will cover our products, services, and internal systems. You will work closely with our training team to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet and a reliable computer
  • A passion for gardening and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of gardening products and techniques
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
