Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate responses to customer requests. Your expertise in critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills will enable you to navigate complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers in the pharmaceutical industry, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Work effectively in a remote setting, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with the ability to speak Spanish
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on inbound calls
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience working in a remote setting, with a focus on using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, such as CRM and customer relationship management tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you will be eligible for a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
