Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer accounts, including credit repair and credit counseling services
  • Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed
  • Uploading and faxing documents as required
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and expertise
  • Learning about and promoting blithequark's various services to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services or credit repair environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using a computer and navigating software applications
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace at home
  • A working laptop or desktop computer, headset, and computer mouse (not provided by blithequark)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience with credit repair and credit counseling services
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
  • Familiarity with software applications such as CRM systems and document management tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
  • Twice-monthly pay schedule, with payments on the 15th and 30th of each month
