Job Summary

As a Sales and Solutions (S&S) Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional Guest Service to Guests with disabilities, assisting them in registering for the Disability Access Service and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Supporting Guests with their digital experience through the website and in the My Disney Experience application
  • Attending a paid training class, where you will participate in multiple performance assessments to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Working in an inbound contact center, located at blithequark's Disney Central in Orlando or Tampa, Florida
  • Operating hours: Sunday through Saturday, 05:45 a.m. to 12:15 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service, ensuring a personalized and inclusive experience

  • Provide support to Guests with their digital experience, including the website and My Disney Experience application
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, including Disney property, products, and services
  • Utilize technical skills and computer proficiency to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional Guest Service

Essential Qualifications

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Knowledge and interest of Disney property, products, and services
  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working with Guests with disabilities or in a similar role

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
