About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering superior customer service and support to our small business clients. Our comprehensive 4-week training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an expert in our two unique lending brands, each with its own distinct offerings and customer requirements. Upon completing your training, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications
