Job Overview

In this role, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. You will receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and modifications. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance. blithequark will provide all necessary training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and modifications in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Utilize system tools to search for answers and information to resolve customer inquiries
  • Demonstrate active listening skills, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills to resolve complex situations
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free, and dedicated work environment during working and training hours

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must have open availability during hours of operation
  • Professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills
