Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (8 hours per week). As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize the efficiency of our paid media spend and develop reports and analyses to inform business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining custom dashboards and reports to track paid media performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize paid media spend
  • Creating and presenting reports and analyses to stakeholders to drive business results
  • Developing and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive emphasis on results and execution

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track paid media performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize paid media spend
  • Create and present reports and analyses to stakeholders to drive business results
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive emphasis on results and execution
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining custom dashboards and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and statistical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
  • Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
