Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. Your main goals will be to: - Engage with clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, products, and company policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing excellent service - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the construction industry

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A high school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus - Proficient in using live chat software and other computer applications - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
