As a Part-time Online Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, responding to customer inquiries, and managing social media content. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including but not limited to: + Entering customer information into our database + Updating records and maintaining data accuracy + Processing transactions and managing financial data

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage social media content, including but not limited to:

+ Creating and scheduling posts + Engaging with followers and responding to comments + Monitoring social media analytics and adjusting content strategy accordingly

  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
