Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Entering data into our databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining approved filing systems and performing file research for field representatives
  • Preparing meeting materials and supporting special projects as directed
  • Creating and editing spreadsheets for routine and special projects
  • Performing other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
