Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: * Providing live customer support for contest entrants via email and live chat feature (Zendesk and Intercom) * Handling support requests and escalating them to the appropriate parties * Monitoring for critical site issues and escalating to the proper channels to ensure a speedy resolution * Resolving bet and contest inquiries regarding sporting rules & account and billing inquiries from users * Requests include: verifying user identities during sign-up, gameplay questions, the status of withdrawals, and more Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in a customer support or operations role (sports, tech, start-up a plus) * Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sports, sports gaming, and technology is a must * Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, gaming tools, systems, and reports is highly preferred * Experience working with Customer Support tools like Zendesk and Intercom * Outstanding written communication skills * Collaborative, team-oriented mindset * Strong internet connection and reliability Why You Should Work at blithequark * Positions are fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home * Quarterly contests and giveaways featuring prizes and swag boxes * A $300 home office reimbursement * Parental support (paid leave, childcare, and adoption benefits) * Health, Dental, Vision+ * 401K Match & FSA * A great culture that includes support for learning and development What We Promise You At blithequark, we promise you a culture that values trust over micromanaging. Requirements
