Your Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be part of our marketing and sales team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner
- Drafting answers to product questions and providing clear, concise information about our services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless experiences
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to our products and services

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)
- 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and a data-driven mindset
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and a self-starter mentality

Time Commitments
As a remote contractor, you'll need to commit to:
- Working EST hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET)
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
- A 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties
