Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards we're known for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Managing and documenting customer interactions accurately in our company CRM system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer queries and concerns.
  • Staying updated on blithequark products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or contact center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the aviation industry or a related field.
