Title: CPT-10118 Social Media Outreach & Administrative Virtual Assistant Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/ Junior Level (Remote). Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Our company is a luxury home fragrance brand offering custom-designed vessels and bespoke scents. We cater to boutique and high-end retail outlets, providing products that embody elegance and sophistication. As we grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support lead qualification, outreach preparation, and administrative tasks to strengthen our presence in the luxury retail market. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Review boutique and luxury retail stores from curated prospect lists (Excel/CSV).
• Research each store online (website, Instagram, retailer directories).
• Qualify stores based on defined criteria, including:
• Carries candles, home fragrance, or luxury lifestyle gifts.
• Premium/luxury price positioning (not discount/value).
• Store aesthetic and overall brand alignment with VELA NOVA.
• Tag each lead in the spreadsheet as:

✅ Qualified – fits our luxury positioning and product line. ⚪ Maybe – potential but requires further testing. ❌ Not a Fit – exclude from outreach.

• Manage and update data within Cypher Contact Management and CRM systems to build and maintain an organized database.
• Provide administrative support including email communication, list management, and record-keeping.
• Assist with outreach preparation to boutique stores via social media and email campaigns.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Proven experience in lead research, list qualification, or CRM-based lead generation.
• Excellent written communication skills — polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to evaluate websites/social media for brand and aesthetic fit.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to clearly report progress.
• Bonus: Experience in the luxury, lifestyle, or home décor categories.
• Desirable skills: Knowledge of Shopify and Later.
• Proficient in Excel, experienced with Gmail for communication and coordination, and familiar with Klaviyo for email marketing and customer engagement.

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: TBD PST

• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
