Location: Pakistan - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to keep strategy on track.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking activities for global operations.
• Supervise AR/AP specialists to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and audit readiness.
• Implement stronger controls, automation tools, and ERP process improvements.
• Partner with leadership to provide insights on profitability, pricing, and growth plans.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years’ progressive experience in finance or accounting — logistics or trade background a plus.
• Strong grasp of logistics cost structures and multi-currency transactions.
• Skilled in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and advanced Excel.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Analytical mindset with proven leadership and communication strength.
• High integrity and laser-sharp attention to detail.
