The Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our Airbnb program, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls
- Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support customer success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Bring an enthusiastic personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download)
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) with a 4-year-old or newer model to download our app for company communications
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent internet connectivity: internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- In-house network and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems
