What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strengthening customer relationships through exceptional support and being the face of the company with customers
  • Analyzing data to understand customer engagement, identify product enhancements, and promote user adoption
  • Tracking customers' value, retention, and satisfaction to expand the company's footprint
  • Partnering with customers to establish and execute communication strategies maximizing impact
  • Collaborating with product and sales teams to innovate on products and deliver value to customers

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction

  • Conduct regular customer check-ins, needs assessments, and progress reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for product enhancements and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and expansion

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

To succeed as a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of customer success experience in the employee benefits technology industry or a related field
  • Experience working with carriers, brokers, benefits admin/ben tech providers, or direct-to-employer relationships
  • An entrepreneurial approach and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear, empathetic, and proactive communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • PMP experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
  • Strong knowledge of the employee benefits technology industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing customers and stakeholders
