About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our market research team, working closely with our clients to provide top-notch service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online tasks. You will be working independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, using an online ticket response system
  • Communicate effectively with clients, using best-answer templates and online instruction
  • Work independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Intermediate computer literacy, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience using a PC or MAC
  • Diligent work values, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external clients
  • A willingness to learn and improve, with a strong interest in data and market research
  • Self-motivated and multi-tasking traits, with the ability to work independently from home

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, data entry, marketing/PR, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
