About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address customer concerns and feedback
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Utilize various tools and technologies to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or media industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience
- Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
- Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
