Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through chat interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and provide personalized support to ensure a positive experience
  • Utilize knowledge of blithequark products and services to address customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on customer concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a chat or call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
