Customer Experience Associate
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Customer Experience Associate to support our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in communication, coordination, and problem-solving in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email, chat, and phone
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring client needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to management
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experience
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or remote support is a plus but not required
