Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a key member of our front-end services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting, and thanking clients with a positive attitude
• Represent blithequark in a professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide assistance with their needs
• Be available to help colleagues across the store as needed
• Perform tasks such as assembling trucks from the parking lot, operating equipment to move trucks, and cleaning bathrooms, sales floor, and parking garage as required

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, customer service, or a related field)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
