Job Summary

As a Food Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly colleagues in the Food and Drink group, which is responsible for delivering a seamless shopping experience for our guests. You'll work closely with your team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

As a Food Service Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of hourly colleagues in the Food and Drink group to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Collaborating with other team members to drive business results and achieve sales objectives
  • Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Food Service Team Leader, you'll need:

  • At least 18 years old or older
