Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic guidance
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
