About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This part-time remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, planning, communication, and helping leaders stay focused and productive. You will work directly with executives and team members, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
  • Organize files and maintain record-keeping systems.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as requested.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure executive productivity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
  • Prior administrative or assistant experience preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home.
