What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed
• Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, applying our company values to every interaction
• Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration
• Adapting to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule and willing to work overtime as needed

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to multitask, working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
• Ability to adapt to change and be flexible with your schedule, with a willingness to work overtime as needed
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

• A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse
• A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
• A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a webcam for video calls
