Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a range of general clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication management. Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Communication Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Organizational Tasks: Perform various organizational tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data management.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to family and community engagement.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other related tasks.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
