The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative and image of our company. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, and will work to resolve issues and provide exceptional service to our customers. As you progress in your role, you'll take on increasingly complex tasks and responsibilities, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide exceptional service and support to our customers, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to resolve issues and achieve common goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Must be located in the State of Idaho

  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark
