Key Responsibilities:

As a data entry clerk with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, verifying, and updating data into our database systems, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Assisting with data cleanup and correction as needed, working collaboratively with team members to achieve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve team goals, providing status updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Following company policies and procedures for data management and confidentiality, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to provide status updates, address any issues or concerns, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to focus on tasks and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer and basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop, with necessary software and equipment to perform job duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, prior experience in data entry or an administrative role is a plus. Additionally, familiarity with database management systems, spreadsheets, and other software applications used in data entry and administration is desirable. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decision-making, are also highly valued.
