Key Responsibilities

• Achieve excellent customer service ratings, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain the high quality and visual standards of blithequark products and stores, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and support store initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and other payment methods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular bending and reaching
