Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Teller/Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service support for banking services and teller transactions
• Resolving customer requests through proficient use of our system tools
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience during interactions
• Adhering to regulatory scripting and customer protocol, as prescribed
• Seeking and capturing opportunities to differentiate the customer's experience by identifying banking solutions suitable for their current or future needs
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information according to regulatory and company guidelines and policies

Minimum Qualifications

* High School diploma

• Minimum of one year experience in a teller/customer service role (in a financial institution)
• Previous teller experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) skills
• Proficient computer/keyboard skills
• Proficient telephone etiquette skills, including the ability to speak clearly and concisely with customers and effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
