Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and responding to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses, while also enhancing canned responses to add context and a human touch.
  • Handling enterprise-level and sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a positive customer interaction.
  • Auditing chatroom data for accuracy, compliance, and AI training improvements, providing valuable insights to enhance our platform.
  • Assisting in training new chatroom operators and sharing best practices to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Supporting client user acceptance testing (UAT) by evaluating and providing feedback on chat interactions, helping us refine our platform to meet client needs.
  • Balancing efficiency with high-quality responses to maintain low wait times and minimize backlog, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintaining a high level of response quality, with interactions evaluated using a 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with precision.
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type efficiently and accurately without 'hunt and peck' typing.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning skills, allowing you to interpret user intent and respond accordingly.
  • Ability to interpret user intent when messages contain typos, slang, or ambiguous phrasing, ensuring that every customer is treated with respect and understanding.
  • Clear and professional written communication, with the ability to convey complex information in a concise and engaging manner.
  • Reliable and responsible in adhering to a designated schedule, ensuring that customer interactions are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle and analyze sensitive customer interactions, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Experience with auditing and training is a plus, but not required.
