- Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions.
- Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of blithequark products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates to provide accurate and informed support.
- Build strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs and concerns to drive innovation and provide top-notch service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in customer service best practices.
