Responsibilities

As a Danish-speaking customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of airline policies and procedures to aid customers effectively.
  • Documenting all interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for accurate records.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training programs to refine skills and enhance service quality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
