Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a comprehensive FAQ document to resolve common customer inquiries

  • Work independently, following detailed instructions and guidelines
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer engagement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales, customer service, or support
