We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Vehicle Preparation Associate. Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers on their rental needs, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure that they receive the best possible service and support
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services, overcoming customer objections, and promoting additional sales opportunities
  • Ensure that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support, responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Shuttle customers to and from our locations, providing a safe and courteous service that meets the highest standards of customer care
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids to ensure that they are in excellent condition
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including operating computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. You will also need to be physically fit, with the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, drive, push, and pull, as well as lift, see, and read. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we are looking for candidates with previous experience in customer service, sales, or vehicle preparation. You will also need to be flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are also essential for success in this role.
