Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant – Sales & Customer Support at blithequark, you will be the voice and face of our organization, providing top-notch customer support and helping boost our sales efforts. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, assisting customers in their purchasing journey, and resolving any sales-related queries. You will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, develop an in-depth understanding of blithequark's products, services, and promotions, and collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Sales Assistance: Assist customers in their purchasing journey, providing product information, recommendations, and resolving any sales-related queries.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of blithequark's products, services, and promotions to offer valuable assistance.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales-related roles is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a bonus.
