About the Role: Customer Care Representative

We're seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Representatives to join our team in Idaho. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative and image of our company, handling a variety of tasks that will increase in complexity as your skills progress. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize computer systems and software to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be located in the state of Idaho
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps (wireless and WiFi "air cards" are prohibited)
  • A quiet, distraction-free space within your home to take incoming calls
  • Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote or home-based work environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
