Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner, providing exceptional service and support at all times

  • Accept, check, and tag customers' baggage at kiosks, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at kiosks, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, providing clear and concise instructions and support
  • Queuing lines in ticket counter areas, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Accept and activate customers' self-tagged baggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Perform clearance and verification of documents at kiosks, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform additional related duties as deemed operationally necessary by management, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working with self-service kiosks and other technology-based systems
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Strong language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
