The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with expertise in ABA services for young autistic children to join our team as a full-time Annotator Contractor. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Therapist to join our remote team in developing an innovative AI healthcare tool. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of field experience in ABA therapy and will be responsible for annotating data from videos, audios, and texts. This role involves working under the guidance of our project managers and contributing to the development of assessments for hypothetical cases of neurodivergent children. Responsibilities 1. Data Annotation

  • Annotate videos, audios, and texts to identify and categorize behaviors, communication patterns, and social cues.
  • Access and review assigned video recordings of ABA therapy sessions.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data annotation to support AI model development.
  • Maintain the highest level of data confidentiality.

2. Assessment and Evaluation

  • Study various tests and assessments used in ABA therapy.
  • Develop and conduct assessments on hypothetical neurodivergent cases to inform AI logic.
  • Contribute to prompt engineering for behavior recognition tasks.

3. Team Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams including therapists, data scientists, and software engineers.
  • Participate in meetings to help shape AI tool features and clinical accuracy.

4. Administrative Tasks

  • Support administrative work as needed, including documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines for annotation and assessments.

Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis required.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of field experience in ABA therapy.
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • ABAT certification is a plus but not required.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes for children with special needs.

Work Environment

  • Full-time remote contract role (Monday–Friday).
