As an Appointment Setter, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our marketing experts to identify and engage with potential clients.

Your Role

As an Appointment Setter for blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to find and contact local business owners via chat (DM, email, contact forms, etc.) to book qualified Google Meet appointments with them. You'll be working with a variety of businesses, including dental clinics, med spas, laser hair removal studios, aesthetics and beauty businesses, and other local service-based businesses in the US. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Finding and contacting local business owners via chat to discuss their interest in digital marketing
• Qualifying their interest in digital marketing, mainly paid ads
• Booking a Google Meet appointment with them
• Updating lead tracking sheets/CRM if needed
• Working independently and consistently to meet targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in English (written)
• Experience with cold outreach (non-voice)
• Ability to get in touch with decision-makers
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Strong communication, accountability, and follow-up skills
• Google Sheets or CRM experience (bonus)

• First-month target: ~20-30 attended meetings
• Consistent performance = long-term work + higher rate
